Kathy Smith has owned and operated Ready for A Change Home Services for 9 years.
Before her opening Ready for a Change Home Services, she worked at Xerox for 10 years as an Event Planner where she hosted and organized several executive conferences and meetings.
Kathy has a family and lives on 100 Dunning Ave in Webster, New York. She has completed several renovations on her own home. She is an avid Gardner and has been recognized by local media for her backyard landscaping.
She has hosted tours of her backyard for the media and landscaping Enthusiasts.
Kathy is fond of cats, she cares for the feral cats in the Webster area: feeding, building shelters and has partnered with the local vet. Kathy has fostered cats on occasion until they find their forever homes.
